Wellspring La Jolla’s Teen Boys Program is an incredible way to lose weight. Campers leave the program filled with mutual respect, personal responsibility, and a heightened aptitude for goal achievement. We offer different classes for every activity level, so teen boys will always feel confident and capable.

For teen boys looking to improve fitness while slimming down, we also offer weight training classes, sports training, and circuit training.


We feature a wide variety of exciting non-competitive activities like surfing, boogie boarding, football, basketball, snorkeling, ocean kayaking, and mountain biking. Campers attend all male classes and also have the option of fun co-ed classes such as soccer, softball, and ultimate frisbee. Your days are also filled with culinary / nutrition classes, theme dances, Padres baseball games, talent shows, weekly field trips, Life Coaching sessions, and bonfires at the beach.
Campers reside in college suite-style rooms which include a private lounge and bathroom. It’s the perfect setting to get in shape, build muscle, and improve your fitness.
